Together we plan the entire acceptance process and installation of your die-cutting machines. Installation is an important process to make your die-cutting machine productive as quickly as possible. With our experience and expertise, we can shorten commissioning times and ensure your long-term process reliability. Our service includes the installation of a tested and assembled machine. The machine is handed over according to BERHALTER quality guidelines and a technical acceptance protocol.

In order to make the investment in your die-cutting tools worthwhile for a long time, you can extend the tool life sustainably with our professional regrinding service. Your die-cutting tool is checked, dismantled and cleaned by our specialists. The cutting components are re-ground using state-of-the-art technology. For quality control, each die-cutting tool is tested on a BERHALTER machine before delivery. The original die-cutting parameters are supplied as a data sheet or directly on the RFID tag.
Repairs cannot always be avoided and in some cases must take place on site. Our service technicians will do everything necessary to rectify the fault directly at your site. We keep a wide range of parts for the current machine generation and for most of the older machine generations in stock, which are immediately available for delivery if required.
